Welcome Suzanne Burden

Suzanne Burden is a writer, speaker, advocate, and restorative wellness coach. She has been actively fighting for her life and healing from late-stage Lyme disease complex since her diagnosis in April of 2017.  As her health status radically upended she and her husband’s lives, Suzanne and David began to creatively blaze a trail not only for their own emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual health—but to help others do the same through a local Healing from Lyme Support Group in Fort Wayne, IN. They share a fondness for his cooking skills and a love for nurturing empowering relationships in their own front yard and wherever their healing journey leads them. The microphone gets turned on Sarah Schlichte Sanchez as Suzanne Burden  (our newest co-host) dives deep into the realities of living with chronic Lyme disease from a proactive and comedic perspective.
